Lemon or lime cakes or cupcakes
120g sugar
Zest of lime or lemon
130g plain flour
110g whole flour
1egg
1tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/4 tsp salt
200ml yoghurt (1cup)
1/2 lime, juice
6 tbsp oil
